SJNY Qualtrics

Qualtrics is SJNY's web-based survey and research tool. It is available to all faculty, staff, and students at no cost. Qualtrics allows users to create, edit, share and distribute surveys.

Logging In

Access SJNY Qualtrics by clicking the "Qualtrics Login" button below. Use your SJNY username and password to log in.

To get started, click the "Getting Started" button below. For additional support, visit "Training Resources". If asked to sign in to watch a video, click the "Sign in with SSO" link and enter SJCNY for the organization ID. Faculty and staff can request training through the "Training Request Form"; Students, please see your instructor.

Accessibility

Qualtrics provides a feature that checks survey accessibility. The feature diagnoses the survey, indicates which questions are inaccessible, and gives other recommendations for increased accessibility to help work towards WCAG 2.0 AA (and Section 508) compliant surveys.
